The developer of AUGUST RESIDENCES  is Metroheart Properties, Inc. , a corporation organized and existing in the Philippines.  MPI was registered with the SEC in 2010.  The Company is engaged in property development and management.  Its portfolio includes a boutique hotel in Makati, a dormitory in Makati, and this condominium project in Iloilo City.  MPI was founded by Engr. Wilfredo L. Segovia, a civil-structural engineer and real estate professional, a past president of the Manila Board of Realtors, Inc. and Chairman-CEO of the Segovia Group.
